The Grampians Mental Health Conference targets professional delegates from all over the country. People in the field of Alcohol and Other Drugs, Allied Health Professionals, Community Support, Education, Employment, General Practice, Housing, Nursing, Psychology, and Social Work, are just some of the delegates who attend this event.

Promotion of the conference

The conference will be promoted throughout Australia via hard copy distribution and electronic conference flyers, registration brochures and through the conference website and online registration forms.

Organisations will have the opportunity to reach their target market by providing inserts in the delegate satchels. Inserts may take the form of a flyer, brochure, postcard or CD promoting your organisation’s product or service. All inserts are subject to the committee’s approval.

EXHIBITOR DISPLAY STAND PACKAGE - $500 + GST

Set up your own organisation display stand and banner at the conference over the two days, with the conference venue to supply chairs and tables.

Additional exhibition staff wishing to attend sessions must register as a delegate and pay the appropriate registration fee.

Public and Product Liability Insurance

Australian regulations require all exhibitors to have Public and Product Liability Insurance cover based on a limit of indemnity of A$10,000,000 or above. This refers to damage or injury caused by third parties/visitors on, or in vicinity of, an exhibition stand.

Exhibitors are required to submit their Public and Product Liability Insurance Certificate along with their booking form. Your certificate can often be found in the accounts or finance department of your organisation. If you are unable to locate your organisation’s certificate please contact Grampians Mental Health Conference Committee.
